Keyrock was founded in 2017 as a small Brussels-based fintech startup. The company wanted to make investing in crypto easy for everyone.

Since then, Keyrock has grown quickly and now serves clients worldwide. It is now a leading provider of liquidity and trade solutions for digital assets. In just 5 years, Keyrock has grown from a small crypto startup into an established industry trendsetter.

The Context

After two office projects together, the Keyrock team came to us for the third time to design and build a new home for their growing company.

The team wanted their new office design to evoke the stability and reliability of a traditional bank while also reflecting their agility and innovation as a leading fintech company.

‍

The new office location needed to reflect this message and reinforce Keyrock's image as a solid and trustworthy company. The iconic IT Tower with its spectacular views over Brussels’ Avenue Louise was the perfect choice.

‍

Our design team faced the challenge of efficiently utilizing every square meter of the space while ensuring that the breathtaking views from the 15th floor remained unobstructed.

‍

The Keyrock team also wanted to invest in quality materials and ergonomics to support their team’s well-being and productivity.

The Outcome

Keyrock challenged us to design a workspace that reflected their agile approach and growing expertise.

We used dynamic materials like Corten Steel and iron to symbolize transformation, while durable materials, such as natural stone, highlight the stability that the company now represents.

‍

The "Rust" area features modular seating, custom work booths, trading stations, and a library lounge for focused work.

‍

The open "Oxygen" lounge and enclosed creative room for podcast recording provide ample space for brainstorming and interactions.

‍

The large kitchen serves as a hub for daily team lunches, cozy gatherings over board games, and fun after-work aperos.

This new space, both elegant and dynamic, creates an inspiring environment that will support Keyrock's continued growth and success. We look forward to seeing the team thrive in this beautiful workspace that truly reflects their values and aspirations!
